Intarsia Wood Denmark (Intarsia ApS) is today managed by the master Andreas Nellemann. The company employs younger as well as older trained and skilled intarsia staff. This type of work easily goes to your heart and becomes your life's salt. Only by the personal joy of making unique products like this - you can endure the long hours of carefull training and work for the ultimate product. Only one company in Denmark has this special knowledge and performs the old traditional craft. No official education exists. Therefore both the master and several of the employees are trained furniture makers - adding the specialized knowledge of intarsia making to the job. |

The workshop is not based on high technology. It turned out that the type high quality works described on these pages can only be carried through by means of the old tricks of the trade and tools. The working methods are artistic works. |
We make a lot of restoration works on Danish furniture of all ages as well as on furniture from abroad. It has turned out that we are able to solve problems that other master in other countries gave up. |
